Our Family
Curtis & I got married March 21, 2007. October '07 (7 months later) we found out that we were going to add to the family. Korbyn Curtis Barber was born May 7, 2008. 5 weeks premature, 3lbs 14oz, and just 16.5 inches tall. Since then, he has grown so much and is now almost 19lbs and is about 30 inches tall. He is such a blessing to Curtis and I. We can't imagine life without him. He has the most beautiful blue eyes (like his daddy) that will melt your heart! Korbyn will be 9 months old on February 7, 2009. Before you know it he will be turning 1! I can't believe how time has flown. Korbyn is still working on getting some teeth. Curtis and I wonder if he will get a tooth by the time he is 5 years old. HA! We are working on crawling still, and he is getting so close, I think it's just a matter of a few weeks and he will be cruising, getting into everything! Since I am a stay-at-home mom, I decided that this would be something for me to do in my free time (what little free time I do have). I just wanted to keep everyone updated on Korbyn and I figured that setting up a blog for everyone to see would be a great way to do it. The picture you see below is a recent picture from the San Antonio Zoo. His very first zoo trip. Hope you enjoy!
